Who solves the tasks?

Carefully chosen specialists with documented higher education solve the tasks. Our specialists are continuously trained and their work quality assured to ensure that their level remains academically high and that they know and use the latest developments within the individual disciplines.

What am I allowed to use the material for?

You can use it just for what you want and in any shape and format, you want. You can copy, edit, save, and use all or part of the material as it suits you. We never interfere with what you use the material for. The material is 100% your property, as soon as we have sent it to you.

What does it cost?

The price of the assignment depends on its type, format, and its length. For example, there is a great difference between proofreading a book of 10,000 words and proofreading with a rewriting of a PowerPoint file. W guide you on our platform. If your task is more or less special, write or give us a call, and we can discuss what solution best suits your needs. You can see our current prices here.

In what formats can I send you my text in?

You can send us your text in plain text, where you copy it directly into our system. You can also upload the material. You can send it in many different formats - if you are in doubt, please call or write to us. We often edit books, annual reports, analyzes, powerpoint shows for presentations, etc. in Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or with Apple applications (Pages, Numbers, KeyNote). If you have a brochure or similar, it is also possible with Adobe programs (InDesign, Acrobat (PDF), PhotoShop). We also correct and translate websites with direct access to the CMS system.

How do I pay?

You simply create an account on our platform and choose the subscription that suits you best. You can freely use your monthly subscription to order communication tasks on the platform. Once a month you will receive an invoice for the communication tasks that we have solved for you in the latest period. Your subscription payment will be deducted from the total invoice for the previous month.

How fast can you deliver?

As fast as it can be done - literally. Our editors will immediately start your task as soon as you have ordered it on our platform. By far the most tasks are delivered within 3 hours - every day of the week between 8:00 and 20:00. If your task is large, the format is special (eg InDesign) or it requires that you communicate with the editor about the task, it will take a little longer. Our editors are trained to keep you informed along the way.

Do you work in confidentiality?

All our projects are treated with 100% confidentiality.
You can be completely confident that all information about your activity with us does not come out to any outside parties - unless you are so happy with our product that you pass on a recommendation.

Is your platform secure?

Here at GoEdit, we take great care of our customers' safety. It is important for us to treat your information confidentially and to comply with current data security laws.

What do I do if I find an error in the delivered material?

If you should find an error in one of our texts, please complete the form that is linked to your created email. Your description of the problem will then be forwarded directly to our skilled quality team, ensuring that it is corrected as soon as possible. It means a lot to us that you are satisfied with what we deliver.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We take pride in the fact that our site is easy and accessible for our customers. This principle matter whether you want to subscribe or cancel your subscription. If you wish for a cancellation, just send an email to tc@goedit.dk, explaining the situation.

What do I do if I am not satisfied?

The most important thing for us is happy customers.
Therefore, please contact us as soon as possible if you have any criticism. We are constantly working to improve ourselves and provide you with the best possible product.

Can I make use of your services without creating a subscription?

You bet! We call it 'Basic'. Here you only pay per assignment. It is perfect for you who only use GoEdit occasionally. However, we recommend that you subscribe as we have the opportunity to provide a lot of additional services to our subscribers. We remember your contact information so you only need a few clicks to create a task, we deliver your tasks faster, we also deliver in the evenings and in the weekend and finally you will only receive one invoice monthly, where you pay all your communication tasks at once.

How do I order?

Click on "Get started" at the top right corner, select the package you want and follow the simple guide that appears on your screen.

Do you work in languages other than Danish?

We strive to offer as comprehensive a product as possible - therefore, we offer texts in a variety of languages. So far we work with texts in Danish, English, German, French, Spanish, Norwegian and Swedish.

What happens if the material is delayed?

We work hard to provide you with great material as soon as possible. If, however, it is expected that a task will take longer than agreed, we will contact you as soon as possible and indicate a new delivery date.

I've lost my materials, what do I do?

If an accident occurs and you've lost your material or have deleted the email where it was on, just contact us as soon as possible and we'll send it right back to you again!

How can I get to work with you?

If you are interested in getting a job as an editor, just click the "Become Editor" button in the menu. This will lead you to a page where you can see what you get from working with us and how to qualify. On this page, you will also find an application form that you can quickly fill in and send.

Do you have any free services?

We are happy to share our knowledge, tips, and tricks. This is, among other things, because we have created our blog, which is packed with helpful tips for those who want to learn more about communication and productivity, as well as receiving good advice on how to increase the efficiency of your work or your business. Unfortunately, at this time it is only available in Danish.

How do I choose the right service?

We offer four different main services: grammar check, rewriting, copywriting and translation.

  • If you enjoy writing but sometimes stumbles over grammar, our grammar check is a perfect solution for you.

  • If you have written something you would like to use and want to make sure that it fits in form and context, you can choose our rewriting solution.

  • If you need to get a professional text produced, our copywriters are ready to write it from scratch. We even have copywriters who are trained in special areas such as legal texts, SEO texts, job posts and much more.

  • Do you need texts in other languages, our great translators will translate your material quickly and easily.

Can I "mix" your services?

When you subscribe, you and your company can make use of our various services, as much as you want. Your subscription payment is not tied to a particular service. Your subscription payment applies as a prepayment for which you can order tasks - exactly as you wish.
